An interdisciplinary creative studio based in Bilbao with projects all over the world.
We specialize in conceiving, designing, and manufacturing spaces that tell a story. Our team includes a range of specialized profiles that connect the different disciplines that intersect to bring an environment to life.
Architecture and interior design, branding, product design… we focus all our knowledge and effort on strategic design, providing innovative and lasting solutions.
We collaborate with our clients to create spaces, products, and services where the brand experience and people are key to each of our projects.
We have spent the last 10 years delivering construction and design solutions to a wide range of clients from different sectors, including: food, manufacturing, marketing and design, technology, museography, public entities… most of them in major European capitals.
Our work is characterized by intensive project management and stand construction, as well as devising a concept that brings the whole proposal together. What our clients like is the creativity and inspiration we bring to each of the spaces we deliver.
We design and produce tailor-made solutions for a wide variety of projects, working closely with organizations seeking change. We collaborate with companies facing complex challenges and looking for alternative solutions beyond the conventional, to create spaces, products, services, and brands that have a positive impact on people and organizations.

Retail
These are marketing events defined in time and (often) by sector, where the fundamental products and innovations of an industry or sector are exhibited. Participating in them is one of the most direct ways to reach new business opportunities, potential growth, and also valuable customers.
It is a highly effective tool for generating interest and active dialogue about a brand, product, or service. Communicating key messages (culture, vision, values, etc.), displaying products correctly, and attracting potential customers and other stakeholders are some of the objectives pursued in creating the perfect environment for business development. Attending a trade fair is a significant investment in both time and money. So, if you’re going to do it, let’s do it right!
A trade show should be a rewarding experience: it generates new business, increases brand awareness, presents opportunities to network with all kinds of people, and provides an opportunity to learn more about our industry and the competition.
Brand experience is of crucial importance in stand design, especially as we approach younger generations. For them in particular, and for the general public, experiences are as important as or more important than the product/service itself.
The stand design must create an ecosystem of flexible spaces based on activities, one that offers the right working conditions for holding private meetings, receiving potential customers, hosting events, presentations, networking sessions, lounges, etc. In short, the perfect environment for business development.
If the objective is to showcase a product, we must never forget who the star is and where we should focus our attention. To this end, during the stand design phase, we implement tactics to display it correctly. We build around it, take care of its orientation to make an impact, make use of lighting, propose audiovisual media for real-time projection… any element that detracts from the product’s presence should be toned down or eliminated completely.
We are an experienced company in the design, construction, and management of stand projects with an agency approach to ensure the appropriate presence of your brands at any exhibition or event in Europe and around the world.
There are many factors to consider in a trade show stand or corporate event design and construction project. Deadlines are very tight, and regulations and rules are diverse and strict.
Our designers and project managers are involved throughout the entire project lifecycle. From concept to completion, our team will transform your brief into a reality that exceeds expectations.
We begin this phase with brainstorming sessions in which we discuss many aspects of the client and their project, including the creative elements of the brief, company values, brand identity, target audience, competitor analysis, event location, previous designs, and current trends. These sessions, which involve people from different areas of the company, define and refine the brief.
These sessions result in the first sketches, illustrations, and layouts, which we review with our client to arrive at the design concept, using 3D modeling, renderings, animations, and planimetry. We ensure that all the construction elements of the stand, logistics, furniture, lighting, product placement, etc., are aligned with the brand image and the desired user experience.

In this second phase, we develop a detailed design that includes all manufacturing plans, furniture, props, and supplies (electricity, water/drainage, compressed air, rigging, etc.) and plan all tasks, because deadlines are non-negotiable.
The detailed design and planning allow us to finalize the budget and confidently manage procurement, subcontractors, manufacturing, relations with the trade fair organization (project approval), and stand supplies. Everything is done in compliance with the rules of the trade fair organization and the event venue.

Once the functional design checklist has been completed, the manufacturing process begins with a review of the construction plans together with the manufacturer, assemblers, and various professionals involved (if necessary), such as graphic designers, lighting technicians, suspended structure specialists, audiovisual technicians, etc. We supervise the entire manufacturing process, including methods, measurements, colors, materials, and finishes, so that the assembly, which is carried out within strict deadlines, goes smoothly.
The design and construction process is a long and complex phase, but assembly is subject to very tight deadlines involving different trades that cannot always work in parallel. Our project manager will be present throughout the process to ensure compliance with deadlines, regulations, and collaboration between the different trades and the trade show organization.
Once the event, trade show, or conference has ended, we begin the dismantling process, reversing the process, recycling elements that can be reused, and responsibly disposing of those that are no longer useful. Waste has value; it just needs to be separated properly.
We know all about the fast pace of project management in the trade show world and other corporate events.
Once projects are coming to an end, is debriefing useful or a waste of time? For us, it’s essential. We want to build lasting relationships of trust with our clients, and project debriefing is the perfect opportunity to answer three questions and tackle the next project with greater confidence.
